This policy explains what information TheTCGAgency ("the Bot") collects and how it's used.

01What is collected

• Your Discord user ID, used to associate your tracked products and zip code with your account
• Product IDs (SKUs/TCINs) and zip codes you submit to the Bot's commands
• Basic usage activity (which commands are run, when) for debugging purposes

02What is not collected

• No payment information, account passwords, or retailer login credentials are ever collected or stored
• The Bot does not read your Discord messages outside of the commands you run

03How data is used

Data is used only to operate the Bot's features: tracking products on your behalf, sending you notifications, and looking up nearby store stock. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

04Data retention

Tracked product and zip code data is kept until you remove it or ask the operator to delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

05Third parties

The Bot checks publicly available retailer websites (such as Target, Walmart, and Best Buy) to retrieve stock information. This means your requests may indirectly reach those sites' servers, subject to their own privacy practices.

06Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot means you accept the current policy.
